About Cinquini & Passarino

Cinquini & Passarino, Inc. is a Professional Land Survey firm situated in Sonoma County, California. Our office is located in the City of Santa Rosa . We typically serve Sonoma, Napa, Marin, Mendocino, Lake and Solano counties. We have provided services for projects as far north as Northern Mendocino County, and as far south as Santa Cruz County.

Cinquini & Passarino, Inc. was formerly known as the independent firms of Passarino Associates, founded in 1954, and George Cinquini & Associates, founded in 1989. In January, 1994, Passarino Associates and George Cinquini & Associates proudly merged and formed Cinquini & Passarino, Inc. Together, our company has over 60 combined years of land surveying and mapping experience.

Cinquini & Passarino, Inc. utilize the latest technology in surveying and mapping. We use Total Stations, Data Collectors, Global Positioning Technology, and CAD/computer aided drafting equipment. Our survey vehicles are fully equipped with the latest field survey instruments and mobile phones. Our field personnel are extensively trained, highly skilled, licensed and/or certified surveyors and chainmen. Typically, during construction months we provide office support for three to four survey crews and we can provide a fifth crew on a moment's notice.

Meet the Team:


James Dickey, P.L.S. is a Principal and President of Cinquini & Passarino, Inc with over 12 years experience in the private sector working for Land Surveying & Civil Engineering firms. He has a variety of experience that includes large municipal projects, subdivisions, boundary surveys that involved boundary analysis, topographic and utility mapping, right-of-way acquisition documents, and calculations for construction projects. Mr. Dickey has also worked several years as a Surveyor utilizing GPS technology.

Anthony G. Cinquini, P.E., P.L.S. a Principal and Chief Financial Officer of Cinquini & Passarino, Inc with over 12 years experience in the profession of Civil Engineering providing consulting, project management, and design services to municipal agencies and the private sector. As project manager and design engineer, Mr. Cinquini has been responsible for projects such as development/redevelopment, sanitary sewer design and rehabilitation, large diameter pipeline design, municipal water system design including storage tanks, storm water hydrology and hydraulic analysis and design, and roadway design.

Mike Jones, P.L.S., CFedS, has over 12 years experience in the private sector working for Land Surveying & Civil Engineering firms. He has a variety of experience that includes subdivision tentative, parcel and final maps, A.L.T.A. surveys, boundary surveys involving research, analysis and resolution, topographic and utility mapping, right-of-way acquisition documents, and calculations for construction projects. Mr. Jones is also a Certified Federal Surveyor.

Paul Stimson, L.S.I.T. has over 22 years of land surveying experience in the private sector working for Civil Engineering and Land Surveying firms. His experience includes 6 years in the field as Survey Party Chief, and over 16 years working as Senior CAD Office Survey & Mapping Technician. Mr. Stimson's responsibilities also include coordinating and scheduling office surveying and field survey crews with clients' scheduling requirements.

Jeffrey Meyer has over 10 years experience in computer aided drafting for surveying support services. Mr. Meyer's knowledge of AutoCAD, Land Development Desktop, and 3D modeling for land surveying and engineering projects enables him to produce topographic mapping, boundary mapping, and easement plats. Mr. Meyer is also responsible for office support of calculations for construction projects.
